Typophile battle 12 revisited

This is a continuation of a serif type that I started for a Typophile battle. I've got the UC and the lc in a pretty good place. I'm interested to see where the italic goes on this one.

Ligature Mayhem

Sometimes when making fonts, the trick is knowing when to stop. These are my ligatures [so far] for my font: Grant Avenue, named after the street where I work in SF.

A new Ubuntu title Font

So I've used a lot of open source software, but I've never contributed anything back to the projects I've used. The other day I was looking at the Ubuntu site and saw a request for help with the Ubuntu title font. I thought I'd give it a go. I redrew the whole thing and added some uppercase characters. I still haven't figured out how to actually submit it to the project.

Some new woodtypey stuff

I'm working on some new woodtype stuff. I'm trying to decide if I want to release it as clean outlines, or whether I should texturize it. Vector textures always look kind of goofy, but can be alright as long as people don't use them too big. Maybe I'll make high and low resolution versions.
