Doublewide gets some italic, different weights
Doublewide is starting to become a useful family. Here's some work on a saucy italic to go with the jovial roman. If anyone sees any problems, or is interested in becoming a beta tester of the complete family let me know.
So far the family has got a Bold, Medium, Regular and Light weight, each with a corresponding italic. I'm thinking of creating a non-extended version, but does Doublewide Narrow make sense?

I wonder if the o,O don't need more overshoot. I don't notice the other rounds as much, but take a look. They look short in all weights and in the italic too. BTW, I'd be happy to testdrive a doublewide. If you're going to sell this, a narrower weight would probably help it, and with your custom scripts, it's a easy as pressing a button yes? :-)
I know i'm a bit late, but i would love to test this font for you. Definitely my new favorite.
